Unpopular opinion: there’s nothing inherently wrong with raw milk, but Americans don’t know how to do raw milk. The only people it seems dealing with raw milk are absolute morons who will get fecal matter in the milk and sell it to people anyway. We make cheese with raw milk and manage not to kill anyone by following some pretty simple food safety rules, but Americans have had their whole raw milk scene co-opted by morons who don’t believe in germ theory and think a con man is the best choice for president.

I love to knit. Not that polarizing, but I hate the softness supremacy, everybody is in a race to have the fluffiest, softest wool that looks and feels good but doesn’t really keep you warm.
