And the solution isn’t even hard, since it should be “OK, take one of these FIDO2 tokens we have in stock for cases like this”

Not if the company has disabled sms for mfa as they should have.
So you are saying the countries inviting the IMF can be among those countries that pay the IMF?
So that would be a conflict of interest?
for whatever reason
The reason is probably because LTT hasn’t done anything wrong in this case, as this report shows.
Don’t know about others, but I still have music in both mp3 and flac err I listen to sometimes.
Mostly they are rips off CDs that just aren’t available for streaming anywhere, but also just music I bought as digital before streaming really was a thing.
Right to the temple of anyone who decided it was OK to do this kind of data collection.
If this works like how they did it here in Europe, where this change happened last year, then this won’t affect existing tenants, other than also getting a standalone teams sku available.
On new tenants created after the change took effect however, there will be no sku with teams bundled available, only the standalone teams sku and teams less E3/E5 skus.
"get fucked! Best regards "
And it gets attention because it shouldn’t happen, yet the police over there keep killing people they shouldn’t.
You still haven’t answered anyone about just using Outlook (the thick client, not Web access)
This has little to do with reddit though, other than they being the target.
These companies might just as well go after owners of fediverse instances, and would likely have more luck, as Lemmy owners won’t have the same resources as reddit to fight it in a court.
So it is session hijacking, something that has been known for a while?
Haven’t really had need for an alternative, since even with about 11k user, on windows, macos, ios and android, we haven’t seen that many problems.
If these are regular problems, maybe it would be better to look into what is causing them?

The people originally doing the selling (artists in the case of scalpers. Developers in the case of landlords) see nothing of the increased price.
Yeah, no.
DDOS attacks cost very little, and most people could easily afford to buy access to a network for ddosing a site like Lemmy.world.
We regularly have to deal with students who have bought DDOS attacks because they want to try to get exams cancelled and such.
You got that one wrong.
vscode is open source and released under a MIT license. Then the binaries they build have telemetry and such and is released under another license that is less FOSS friendly.
VS Codium is based on that vscode source code from Microsoft, and i pretty much the same thing, but without the telemetry and such.
Note that with just pihole you would still be affected by this, since pihole needs an upstream dns server to get it’s data from.
But if you set up pihole with unbound you will be OK, since unbound then will do the job of getting data from the root servers without another upstream dns.
I my experience it is also faster.
