Attacking neutral ships in the Straight of Hormuz isn’t demonstrative of “establishing a fair economic order”.
I mean, tolls aside it’s called a blockade and it is a valid method of warfare.
Neither the U.S. nor Israel has territory in the Persian Gulf, so airstrikes on U.S. bases aside (which are themselves valid targets), blockading the straight harms neutral powers far more than it does the U.S. or Israel.
The Gulf states are nowhere near neutral—aside from actually bombing Iran (which the Emirates and Saudi Arabia have done), they house the US military personnel and infrastructure that make prosecuting the war possible. Until those are gone, America does have territory in the Persian Gulf.
Lol, wat? Remind us when and why the blockade started.
Just because there’s one bad guy doesn’t mean the other one is the good guy. This isn’t Hollywood.
I feel like they kind were forced into this plan by external forces. It’s not like they were doing it 4 months ago.
Pay the toll or get trolled
