I still get the smaller government thing from people I used to think were at least average in intelligence. The truth all they care about is taking a shit on brown folk.
Kinda funny how they keep talking about small government but then keep approving bigger and bigger Pentagon and DHS funding. In the end they only want small government when it comes to helping people and and want big government when it comes to oppression.
They have quite literally never been for smaller government. Just removing any social protections for everyone.
