All of the fat Space Force dorks are going to look like Göring walking around in this shit. It’s got jackboots ffs. Don’t see these guys mounting horses or motorcycles anytime soon as part of their duties.

The Space Force proved its incompetence when they called their bases “Space Force Base” instead of “Star Base”.

Space force isn’t about stars it is about the space between the stars, and also about being a boondoggle distraction for this queen who loves the pomp and circumstance of a military force dressed like the SS. It gets his underwhelming chubby just hard enough for Natalie to service it.

    Space Force?

    🤣

As if the USA had any sort of capacity for that atm. Just another publicity stunt. Need to stay afloat on the churning media waters. That’s what US “government” has come to. Well, not only that unfortunately.

Greetings to Hugo Boss btw, may he turn in his grave.

Hollywood spent 80 years copying and re-imagining nazi aesthetics, now the US government does the same.

We are plenty capable of launching rockets still. We just launched the Nancy Grace Roman Telescope last week. Probably the only decent thing this administration will “let” us engineers do in the next decade.

Space Force isn’t new, it’s been around since 2019. Everyone mocked the name back then, but I’m just pointing out its not a new publicity stunt.

There’s even a Steve Carrell show about it, though I have no idea if its any good.

Space Forces in general aren’t even a new thing. The Russian Space Force was originally founded in 1992 and re-established in 2015.

It was pretty good iirc. Mostly mocking the military than anything else. Cancelled after two seasons though so probs not worth watching anymore.

The 2 seasons are both decent, but very different. The first was mocking the Trump administration and the Space Force, while the second was a little kinder as the administration had changed. It ended on a cliffhanger.

The first season has a scene with congressional testimony where Carrel’s getting grilled on the cost of luxuries for people in space (specifically the extreme cost of Apples iirc), and he actually has a pretty decent speech justifying the occasional luxury for astronauts.
