While I agree, those types of targets are among the very first to get expensive protections. It’s probably (though not guaranteed to be) more effective to inconvenience the entire public enough that they’re forced to act against the dictator.
They need to go after the oligarchs, maybe then Putin will wind up standing next to the wrong window.
Looks like Elon is going to have to spend some of that money if he wants a “fixed” election.
