Nobody cares that the homophobic, xenophobic, racist bigot President is gay. The point is that he is a massive fucking hypocrite and titanic piece of shit, and this is just another piece of evidence to that point.
I think it’s more “look at the hypocrisy” than “gay bad lol”, but I also wonder sometimes whether leaning into that bias leads to harm. I think it depends how it’s done.

trump has always been homophobic, but has always clearly been attracted to men he considers in someway “powerful”. If a man is “weak” trump hates him, and isn’t attracted to him. He views them like an unattractive woman.
