          Trans are just the the first of an ever-expanding group of others to be targeted, including pretty much everybody in leadership in the party right now. I think it is pretty safe to assume that dear leader, whomever it is, we’ll become as paranoid as Joseph Stalin and anybody in leadership now will be suspected and purged if they get what they think they want here.

        This is incorrect. Paragraph 175 was always designed to prosecute gay sex, and was enforced even during the Weimar Republic. What the Nazis did was expand it - you didn’t have to have sex with a man, just do something that might lead to sex with a man. Essentially, gay men could have gotten away with holding hands or even kissing in earlier eras, sex needed to be proven. But the Nazis made it essentially any gay behavior.

        Paragraph 175 continued to be enforced after the Nazis were kicked out - it stayed on the books in West Germany essentially unchanged until 1969. After ‘69 it was changed to only apply to sex with men under 21 or prostitution.

        Gay men who were liberated from the camps who had charges under Paragraph 175 were often sent back to finish their sentences. The handbook for the Allies mandated this.

        My guess is that it might be a legitimate designation that just needs work on. Note: Trans people and Trans Advocacy should not be considered or placed under such a list of terrorist orgs. When online misanthropic extremist groups(usually neonazi), like “No Lives Matter”, Order of Nine Angles(as in geometry angles not angels), and “764” exist, I feel like a new designation should exist.

    The group defines “TIVE” as “the belief that violence is justified against people who oppose [the trans community],” as well as the belief that opposing trans rights “itself constitutes a form of violence towards people who identify as [trans or gender nonconforming]… or poses an imminent threat to such persons’ emotional, psychological, or physical safety, including through self-harm or suicide.”

    What an insane redefinition of “self defense.” Violence isn’t justified…unless you are being targeted, harmed, or killed, which many trans or NB people are. It’s absurd to preemptively label self defense as “violence.” It’s cart-before-horse, intentional PR spin to dehumanize a subset of human people. One species, all human.

    The administration will need scapegoats when its policies fail. They’ve laid this ground work for years now. They want justification for violence through violence themselves in this mental gymnastics.

    It’s the Heritage Foundation, which might as well be called “Propaganda Hut.” Let me guess: more divisive, American-dividing ideas? Yes, Heritage, let’s keep pushing tribal behavior to encourage class war while the rich destroy the planet and their fellow humans.

      The destruction of the institute of sexual sciences is in fact one of the earliest crimes the Nazi party committed after taking power.

      It’s one of my favorite pieces of trivia to bust out when chuds try to pretend that being transgender is a “the last 20 years” modern creation. No, your fascist ilk just kept destroying the records of it existing prior, but we know better now.

      A little off subject but PBS just allowed some Heritage Foundation hack to come on and lie, right after they allowed some Israel partisan to come on and lie to justify their final solution, right after one of their own correspondence endorsed Israel’s lie about Hamas operating out of hospitals. PBS was never that bad before.

      I wonder what happened to PBS all of a sudden that caused them to give up?

          I only know a couple trans people but I certainly wouldn’t describe them as nihilists. I’m a straight white guy and I’m way more nihilistic than they are. If they were nihilists I don’t think they’d put in the effort that they do to live their lives how they want to.
